Customer Service, Policies and Information

Returns and Exchanges: We as a matter policy, will replace any mechanical/non mechanical device/toy/equipment that has a manufacture's defect (Please be sure that you are using the right batteries and in the right positions) if returned prepaid within 30 days of purchase and a copy of invoice of sale and a RNA. Our judgment will be final if misuse or normal ware is the case. Cloths will be exchange for size only. If they have been warn, no exchange will be offered, warn cloths will be returned C.O.D. It will be our judgment as to status of cloths. Please be very careful and refer to our size chart (below) before ordering. It is our wish that we every customer is satisfied.

Please Email us for a Return Authorization Number before shipment to us. Then simply return item(s) with a copy of the invoice of purchase and the RAN, using UPS ground or U.S. Postal Service parcel post prepaid. For you protection, please insure the package for its full value. COD's are not accepted. Send returns and exchanges to the address provided in the return email with Return Authorization Number.

Back-Orders: We make every attempt to have all items in stock. However , in the event an item is back-ordered, it will be shipped as soon as possible by standard express. We are not able to back-order an item that sells for less than $15.

Product Sales: All sales will include the cost of shipment. You will be given a choice of shipment method except for the Dungeon To Go™. Large equipment may only be ship ground transportation. All other shipments are made UPS with no exterior indication as to contents and no company logos will be displayed.

Pricing and Specifications: Merchandise prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Typographic, photographic, and/or descriptive errors are subject to corrections. We apologize for any inconvenience. Not all products are available in all areas due to county, state or local laws. We reserve the right to limit or refuse sales of product(s) to anyone or limit the sale of quantities to dealers.

International Sales: All orders from counties outside of the U.S. maybe paid international money orders or travelers checks - funds are to be in U.S. dollars. We do not accept credit card transactions because of the high credit card fraud that is prevalent outside of the U.S. All funds received will have to clear the bank before any items will be shipped. Surface shipping and handling is 20% of the total order amount or a minimum of $15. U.S. Air delivery is 40% of the total order amount or a minimum of $35. U.S. The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes. Call us for details and help if any questions.

Customer Relations/Privacy: We will not trade, sale or divulge any information about any of our customers. Privacy is absolutely mandatory for our customers. Any information that we receive about any customer will be keep in the strictest confidence.
